Welcome to "Jack's Club," Monterey Jack’s exclusive customer loyalty program! By joining Jack’s Club, members agree to these terms and conditions:
- Membership
- Eligibility: Jack’s Club membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Membership is free of charge and valid for one year, renewing automatically on January 1 each year unless terminated by Monterey Jack’s.
- How to Join: Customers can join Jack's Club by registering via the provided link or QR code to access our app.
- Account Responsibility: Members must keep their account information accurate. Monterey Jack's reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with misleading or false information.
- Birthday Offer
- Members are entitled to a free cocktail or mocktail on their birthday. The offer is redeemable only on the registered member’s birthday and is not transferable.
- How to redeem - on your birthday show a valid, recognised official ID that states your birthday and your sever will be delighted to activate your birthday reward.
- Exclusive Deals and Offers
- Jack's Club members will receive monthly access to exclusive deals, discounts, and offers via the app. These offers are exclusive to Jack’s Club members and are subject to change at Monterey Jack’s discretion.
- Membership Tiers and Benefits
Members can achieve three tier levels based on their activity and points accumulated.
Silver Status
- All members achieve Silver Status upon registration, including access to the birthday offer, welcome reward, and monthly exclusive deals.
Gold Status
- Achieved after accumulating 500 points.
- Gold Status members receive a 10% discount on all food purchases throughout the year.
Platinum Status
- Achieved after accumulating 1500 points.
- Platinum Status members receive a 15% discount on all food purchases throughout the year.
- Points and Rewards
- Points are accumulated based on purchases and specific actions as designated by Monterey Jack's.
- Points earned within the year are carried over and may count towards the member’s status renewal and eligibility for rewards in the following year.
- Membership Renewal and Status Retention
- Membership renews annually on January 1.
- Monterey Jack’s reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the Jack’s Club loyalty scheme or any of its benefits at any time without prior notice.
- General Terms
- Welcome credits and vouchers From time to time we may offer temporary welcome incentives, bonuses, extra points or welcome credits. Any welcome offers will only be valid for period of campaign or promotion and may be withdrawn at any time after campaign expiry. Any welcome credit not used within 30 days will automatically expire and no cash, product or credit alternative will be offered. Cash value of any welcome credit or voucher is £0.
- No Cash Alternatives: Points, vouchers, or any other rewards provided through Jack’s Club cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Changes to Terms: Monterey Jack’s may revise these terms at any time. Continued participation in the loyalty scheme after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
- Termination of Membership: Monterey Jack’s reserves the right to terminate any membership due to misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.
