Scotland, 18+ only. Promotional Period 00:01 09/10/2023– 23:59 31/10/2023; Redemption Period: 00:01 09/10/2023– 23:59 31/10/2023. Purchase Necessary. Valid only for a group of 4 or more. There is no upper limit on group size for redemption. Only available for pre-bookings. Purchase any Tombstone Pizza from the Tombstone Pizza menu together with a Cocktail Charing Barrel from the limited selection published in-store at any Monterey Jack’s in Scotland (excludes collection and delivery) and pay the deal price of £48. Alcohol is not discounted in line with current Scottish licensing laws. Alcohol component is equal to regular sale price of £25 per sharing barrel. Tombstone Pizza is discounted from £29 to £23. This offer can only be redeemed during the Redemption Period at any Monterey Jack’s participating outlet (subject to opening times).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     THE PROMOTER

2.     ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to all restaurant guests regardless of nationality, aged 18 years or over only, except:

  • employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
  • employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
  • members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b)

3.     THE PROMOTION

  • The title of the promotion is “HALLOWEEN HORROR SHARING DEAL FOR 4” (the Offer)
  • The promotional period will run from 00:01 on 09/10/2023 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 31/10/2023 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive and the redemption period will run from 00:01 09/10/2023– 23:59 31/10/2023 (subject to the opening times of Monterey Jack’s branches) (“Redemption Period”). Any redemptions after the Closing Date shall not be honoured.
  • To redeem the Halloween Horror Sharing Deal for 4 promotion, purchase any one item from the Tombstone Pizza menu together with any Cocktail Sharing Barrel from the Halloween Horror menu (which includes mocktails) to receive the special discount price of £48 for the deal (Promotion not available on collection or delivery).

4.      DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION

  • The Offer consists of: a discounted Tombstone Pizza with any Halloween Horror Cocktails Sharing Barrel
  • The Offer is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Offer with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  • The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Offer is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another meal for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

5.      LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Supplier, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Offer.

6.      DATA PROTECTION

  • By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this

7.      GENERAL

  • By redeeming the Offer, you confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
  • Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
  • If the Promoter or the Supplier has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter or the Supplier may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to immediately suspend this Promotion.
  • The Promoter and/or the Supplier (acting with the Promoter only) reserve the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or the Supplier and which prevents the Promoter or the Supplier from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), neither the Promoter nor the Supplier will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations.
  • Verification of age may be required before the Offer is
  • The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
  • The terms and conditions of this Promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to Scottish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
